"Although he was a very pleasant and conscientious young man, it was clear he did not have a good working knowledge of hot tubs/spas.  He came back on several occasions to try and figure out what was wrong.  He informed me my circuit breaker was good when in fact that was the problem.  I would be more inclined to utilize him for pool services.
