"Wow! Such a easy company to work with. I called regarding my old Jacuzzi bathtub and in a few minutes George helped me with a estimate and date to have it done. Today the work was performed and the technician Erick was outstanding! Very professional and clean, hard worker and my bathtub looks brand new. Would recommend 10/10"

"SO glad I hired Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay! From the expert advice and assistance from Jim DeYoung, our design consultant, to the efficient and professional installation performed by Jonal and Antonio, it was a fantastic experience! I appreciate having had the most highly skilled craftsmen, whose meticulous attention to detail and professional advice resulted in a beautifully transformed tub and shower. They were prompt in arriving, throughly cleaned the area upon completion and were extremely polite and pleasant to have in our home. Jonal and Antonio worked with us to ensure that everything was exactly what we wanted, and they just did an exceptional job! I LOVE my new tub and shower, and I highly recommend Luxury Bath of Tampa for their expert craftsmen, and also for their use of high quality products! You'll be extra blessed if you can get Jonal and Antonio as your team!"

"Very good experience with this company. The owner is so polite and Pro . The workers are so neat and clean after they finish. Thank you so much."

"They were really quick to estimate and take the job, but really slow in getting the job done. I still have not gotten the safety handrail that was included in the price. Maybe if I was having the entire bathroom redone it would have been a better experience. It seemed that they were doing me a favor just installing a tub. I still owe a balance of $284.00 I told them I would gladly pay when the handrail is installed. Once again, the polite phone callback saying *we will take care of it.*"

"Pete came the same day we called for an estimate and explained everything. We hired him on the spot.  His price isn't the lowest, but it is worth it because he is so reliable and our pool looks perfect.  He has taught us a lot and takes pride in his work. He treats every pool as if it was his own.  I would highly recommend him."

"Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal.
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.
