"OP gets the job done! I spent almost 2 weeks looking for a company to fix leaks in spa and skimmer. Everyone would fix skimmer but not spa and estimates were given without looking at damage. Op came out the same day I called and started the next day. We ended up resurfacing after leaks were fixed and i had brand new looking pool within a week. "Wayne is exceptional! This is the ONLY pool maintenance guy to call! He is professional, helpful, punctual, fair priced and knows pools better then anyone! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that my previous pool company could not figure out and had recommended a $500 pool leak diagnosis which was completely unnecessary, and something that Wayne fixed in a simple first service call at a fraction of that cost! "SoFlo Pools went above and beyond to make sure my pool was clean and ready for the holiday. After switching from one bad pool company to another multiple times - Alex responded to my emails quickly and professionally. He sent someone out the next day to clean our pool (it had turned green) and came every day until it cleared up. We signed up for weekly cleaning and could not be happier with the results. They send you a reminder email the night before service and an full report after the cleaning with a picture of your pool and the chemical readings. Will never use another pool company."

"The salesman Donny was very helpful and provided recommendations for a new system. The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. He indicated that he would make sure to have them corrected. I appreciate the professionalism of the company."

"They provided a brand new pump and filter. They put in the Diamond Bright on the bottom of the pool. They resurfaced the pool (blue), installed hydraulic cement, pentair and the pump. Replaced the tile inside the skimmer. Ricky Sr. and Jr., Raymond, Jason and Darnelius did an excellent job. They were polite, punctual and professional. They left the home clean and did what they said they would in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Thank you!"
