"Wayne is exceptional! This is the ONLY pool maintenance guy to call! He is professional, helpful, punctual, fair priced and knows pools better then anyone! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that my previous pool company could not figure out and had recommended a $500 pool leak diagnosis which was completely unnecessary, and something that Wayne fixed in a simple first service call at a fraction of that cost! Wayne spent time with me, explaining things and looking at the pool and making other little adjustments and recommendations. "SoFlo Pools went above and beyond to make sure my pool was clean and ready for the holiday. After switching from one bad pool company to another multiple times - Alex responded to my emails quickly and professionally. He sent someone out the next day to clean our pool (it had turned green) and came every day until it cleared up. We signed up for weekly cleaning and could not be happier with the results. They send you a reminder email the night before service and an full report after the cleaning with a picture of your pool and the chemical readings. Will never use another pool company."

"I don't know where to begin. Over the years I've had dozens of companies take care of things at both my business and home. Unfortunately, in most cases the job that was done was fair at best. So when it came down to picking someone to resurface our oversize swimming pool I was slightly nervous about choosing the right company to do the repair. Based on reviews on Angie's list I chose Floridian Pools. The minute I met the owner ( Ricky) I had a very good feeling that I made the right choice. He told me exactly when he could start the job and told me, in no uncertain terms, when it would be finished. Almost to the hour his men started to do the work when he said they would and three days later the job was done just as he said it would be. The pool has never looked so good! Floridian pools did an absolutely outstanding job! On another note, called Ricky a couple times while his men were doing the work and without fail he called me back within a minute or two.That's rare in this day and age! The price that I was quoted was more than fair. Amazingly he even did some extra work and went ahead and tiled the steps and did not charge me any additional amount! Other pool companies could learn a lesson or two from this company!!! Think anyone would be crazy to use anybody else!"

"I strongly recommend. What's more stressful than your AC going down on a holiday during hot day while you are out of town and you have guests staying at your home. After calling many places and only a few picking up my call, Apogee end up completing my job. Very honest, not pushy, communicated throughout the process, and the price was right. It's been working great after 90 days, can not ask for a better service which is hard to find in south Florida"
