"Hurricane Irma caused water intrusion in home. We speculated it was from a window. Thanks to Florida Leak Locators, we managed to get Mike to come out the same day. He discovered our leak was not in our window as we thought but we had gaps in our Stucco expansion slots that allowed water to get in behind and down. Also he discovered a secondary leak area further down the wall. Thanks to FLL a repair bill we thought was going to be astronomical is now managable as we can pinpoint the area to fix!"

Found the problem but with their busy summer schedule, and my busy schedule, we couldn't find a time until the following week to schedule the actual repair (needed a part). I was ok with that, but when I came home the next day to a nearly 90 degree home, I called Jose and begged him to squeeze me in. He rearranged his schedule and they were out here first thing in the morning to do the repair. All three of the techs I worked with were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, honest, took the time to explain what was happening, explained my options, even showed me a few things I can do on my own to save a little money and improve the AC functioning. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and I will definitely be using them again."
