"Ordered new parts for hot tub. Tech replaced parts. Part on new heater was faulty. He repaired it. Still doesn't work. This been going on since November. Called tech week ago still do not have new part replaced."

"The project went very well and was completed in a timely manner. The crew were efficient, through, and quite a joy to be around. The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked
The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process.
The crew of Dream Bath's of Alabama were sincere I their works and my wife is very pleased with the results. They even explained the warranty, and warranty process o the plumming, bath fixtures and they backed up their works. GREAT!

"They were completely honest with me and told me that I had a nothings wrong with my hot tub that it was not worth fixing it they recommended that if I wanted to have a hot tub to purchase a new one. At least I didnt try to hang me for more repair bills that were not warranted"
