"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Everyone on this team is a genuine delight to work with. Our consultation representative, Joe, spent the time needed to address all of my questions. His assessment of the project was spot on, and he explained the installation process and delivery expectations for our tub. We bought a home 30 years old with the worst Jacuzzi tub, and it had to go. Despite the fact that we weren't ready for a full remodel of the bathroom, Joe was easy going, warm and friendly about this decision, and was eager to assist support our decision with this small project. To be very honest - he treated me like a friend. (no cheesy sales pitch, just straight talk with kindness and a smile) Erica - what can I say - a sheer delight. Very attentive to the needs of the customer and super sweet person to talk to. And now . . . . . THE CREW! . . . where do I start. From the moment they rang our doorbell - we knew we would be happy with the work. These gentlemen to care to protect our property (inside and out) from any damage by the equipment and materials needed to do the job. Wore protective masks the entire visit (though I am certain they must have been hot behind them while working). After the job was done a swift clean up was completed. They even took the time to explain when we would be able to use our newly installed tub, how to use the drain, and how to care for it. "I had to add water to my in ground swimming pool daily and I knew there was a leak somewhere. I called BRN Services in Apopka, FL, who was referred to me by Blue Horizon Pools.  Billy Nunn, owner of BRN Services, returned my call and agreed to come out the first of the week since it was near the weekend. I also kept close tabs on the water level and the pool still was leaking water--still about 1 inch daily.  Billy and wife came out this morning and he spent about 1 1/2 hours pressure testing and dye testing all the pipes, outlets, skimmer, then he donned a wet suit and dove down and tested the main drain. Everything tested fine except there was a broken skimmer which needs to be replaced. He could not get the cover off the underwater pool light and offered to come back when Blue Horizons is here to replace the broken skimmer. He is going to ask them to get the light cover off so that he can test that too, to see if there is a second leak.  He gives a 60 day warranty on his work. He is very thorough and it is good to know Billy  can find the problem in a short time and Blue Horizons Pool Co. can fix it.  This has been a very upsetting experience but it is good to know Billy Nunn and wife are around to find that leak in a short time so that it can be repaired! I highly recommend this company. Great people to have work for you.
