"I contacted Alltech Solutions, Inc., for a swamp cooler repair. The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did. The technicians I met were extremely polite and cordial, and very quick and competent in resolving what the issues were -- no fuss, no fanfare. The price was very good as well. "In preparation for selling our home we wanted to take our tub and shower from dingy to looking new again. Andy, the owner came out and gave me an estimate. When the work was completed there were no surprises with the final bill and the estimate price was exactly what we paid. The whole process took one day and then their technician returned for a final visit for touch up after drying. The job scheduling time was very quick but I did have to wait a few days for the touch up to be completed as their schedule was already full. The touch up itself took less than 90 minutes and wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this company for great workmanship, customer service and price!"
