"This was a tub-to-shower conversion. What an excellent experience! I cannot say enough about the salesman, the person who came out to do the measurements, and the two men who did the teardown and installation. It was a very positive experience, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company!"

"Guys did a great job of diagnosing the problem finding the part, ordering it and then installing it. The sauna works great again; I'm super happy with the job that they did... don't hesitate to give them your business, they will do a good job."

"The guy came out yesterday and determined the problem....This morning he came out put the new igniter in and the hot tub works great ....I was sitting on the patio.... and it fired up the first time.... I highly recommend Joseph and this company they know what they’re doing....."

"March 10 & 11, 2020 was an exciting day for our household. It was bathroom demo and installation day. Two weeks earlier our Maxtrix (Ballard the owner) Sales Rep Christopher P came over to take measurements and discuss our selections, costs and put the plan in motion. Christopher Parkhurst explained in laymans terms all of our questions we had for him. Our crew (Greg the lead) were so polite, respectful and knew what they were doing from taking out our 1969 tub, walls to the studs, window kit, new fixtures and the plumbing. The final day Sales Rep Christopher stopped by to see the progress and how pleased we were. The work crew cleaned up as they went along and took away the construction trash with them. Raymond and I plan to use this company (Maxtrix Bathroom Systems of Michigan) (owner Ballard) again in the future for new home windows."
