"Just had 10 windows replaced by Zen Windows ([*** Link removed ***] Went to the website and requested a quote. Quote was based on the number of windows - all triple paned. Recieved brochures, recommendations, online videos, etc. Never had a salesman come to the house and no pressure. Agreed to the quote via email and the installation manager came by a couple of days later and took measurements. No down payment and payment isn't due after the windows are installed. Window size didn't matter on price as long as they are under a certain number of inches measured all around. 2 weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. My old metal framed windows had been liquid nailed in and were a bear to get out and some minor drywall damage resulted. Also, the old wood around the outside of the windows was bad and had to be replaced. No change to the price due to any of that and they're sending a drywall guy to do the repair. Lifetime warranty. They look great and the noise reduction, heat reduction, etc. is amazing. Great buying experience and would recommend to anyone looking at new windows."

"JFK provided professional interaction from the initial visit throughout the work. They gave clear descriptions of the proposed work and cost. The work was performed exactly as described with no surprises. JFK custom stained 10 windows (frames and sashes) to match existing woodwork, and the results are perfect (see the picture--the original woodwork is between the new windows). The remaining windows in the installation were factory painted. Installation was done as scheduled with no issues. We had one service call to adjust the new door after a season change that caused a little movement and misalignment of the lock. JFK did this promptly without charge."

"The front door, area surrounding the entrance to the home and the front porch, and the garage doors looked beautiful after the work was completed. My neighbor even commented on how great this looked! Darryl and his team also cleaned the gutters, power washed the deck and some small spots on the brick. The deck and back doors looked great! "It went great.  The added $500 was well worth it. He was able to install it without drilling holes on the curb using a bonding technology instead of screws to the curb. This gave me peace of mind that the granite curb would not be cracked during install. Secondly the quality of a frameless enclosure far exceeds that of a stock framed enclosure and looks very expensive. The glass is 3/8" thick and the overall design quality is far superior. Lastly, to have installed the box store enclosure myself would have meant countless screws to fasten the enclosure to tile and granite....the time, risk of cracking, and risk of a shoddy job was easily offset by the price.
Other's have posted a B on pricing for Cincy glass. For a shower enclosure they're definitely an A. Aside from that mentioned above I loosely called around about a labor/material install and was quoted a minimum of $600 more for the same job, and I am not sure they were planning to provide a frameless design.

"I gave that as a gift to my parents.  I was definitely involved.  My parents were very very pleased and so was I.  They were very thorough.  My mom talked about how long they took to clean the inside as well as the outside.  They were very courteous.  They went to great lengths to make sure that my parents were happy which I really appreciated.  I would recommend them and I would definitely use them.  Their price was good.  I really can't say about their punctuality because I wasn't there when they showed up, but my mom never said anything about it."
