I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his work ethic. He called to confirm each appointment and let me know exactly when he would arrive. When deciding on a day to stain my deck he had looked ahead at the weather forecast to offer options when it likely wouldn't rain. He even noticed other issues with my house and offered to help me with them. On the day he arrived to stain the deck, I embarrassingly realized I had totally forgotten to buy stain. Daniel took it all in stride and drove to Home Depot (not a quick trip) and bought stain and still finished the job that day. The deal I bought on Angie's list was for one coat of stain, but he provided a second coat for a very reasonable price. He had a helper with him that day and he was also very hard working, respectful and professional. More importantly "That Guy" is a super nice and friendly guy. My neighbors even commented that they liked that he smiled and waved when they were out in their yard and he drove by. My dogs even thought he was the greatest!
