"I was amazed how well it went.  Mike and his crew were professional, working with us to ensure work was completed on time and on budget. They also made recommendations about how to revise things for savings, and made sure that the cats didn't get out of the house while they were moving in and out during the day.
Demo took about 2 days, and build out took about 10 days, other than the glass for the shower which had to be ordered. That arrived about a week later and was installed by the glass guy Mike works with. It would have been here sooner but for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Other than the hiccup with the water shutoff value breaking (which was an issue with the townhouse come to find out) - there were ZERO issues at all. Mike and his team were communicative, thorough and always working to keep the disruption of construction to a minimum.
We got exactly what we dreamed of! It turned out better than I could have imagined as I wandered through aisle after aisle of tile choices.  I wish I could submit before and after photos. It really does look like a whole new house, the difference is striking.
We look forward to working with Mike and his group again and would highly recommend him.

"From the outset Dustin was very attentive to what we wanted in our new bathroom. He sent Tom out to perform the demo and he was really great to work with. He sealed all of the doorways and took all of the debris out the door towards the pool. There was never an issue of dust or construction debris in the other parts of our home. Tom also performed all of the plumbing relocating and new drywall installation. The tile guys came in and were fast and also did a great job. Tom set the new plumbing fixtures and the last people were the glass enclosure people and everything fit perfectly. Dustin came to the jobsite every day and made sure that if we had any questions that he answered them and addressed any concerns that we (my wife) had.
