Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

"Person was prompt, nice, and cleaned up thoroughly. However, after he re-attached the rear view mirror to the windshield it now wiggles and shakes. I had given the work about 15 hours to set. They only asked me to let it set for one hour. I think he just probably gooped the adhesive on too thickly and it's now forming a wobbly surface for the rear view mirror. Honestly, I haven't called them out to re-do that bit of the work. I figure I'll have the dealership take care of it next time I'm in."
