"All plants were prewatered to help protect them from the product used to remove dirt/algae. I had green "algae" stains and other dirt buildup mostly on one side of the house. The stains were removed even under the down spouts. At the walk around at the end I pointed out a small area that was missed and that the downspouts were still pretty dirty in the elbows. They worked on the areas I mentioned and they were mostly cleaned. Considering how much work it is to do this myself (I've partially done it) and how clean they got the vast majority of the house I was very pleased with the outcome."
