"Steve came out to describe his process from design to installation of railings.  Came up with various designs -- all good it was difficult to select.  He then met us at the Franklin Glass to select the glass to be integrated into the wrought iron.  Railings installed and one of the glass inserts did not seem quite right.  He personally came out to inspect the concern and took care of the issue immediately.  We really love the originality of his design and enjoyed working with Steve!

Workers were respectful of our home.  Did excellent job of tiling shower with decorative design that gives it an upscale improvement look..  Did work within cost estimate.  Installed  toilet topper. Replaced sinks and cabinet. Installed new flooring.  Always told us when they would arrive and  when finished each day cleaned up the space.  Covered our steps with protective plastic.  Kept our outside door shut.

"Since this was an Angie's Big Deal, I had to wait a couple weeks for the work to be done.( I've found companies are very busy when they offer Deals, but I have no problem with that.) I was scheduled for the service, but the time had to be changed prior to my service date. They were very good at contacting me and apologizing about changing the time. The time was set for 8:00 AM, and the truck pulled up almost exactly at 8:00! Russ was very professional and friendly, and told me he'd knock on the door to let me know when they were finished so I could come out and inspect the work. I was thrilled with the way the house looked. They removed every last bit of green staining which was pretty bad in places. The windows were clean without being streaked, and they didn't miss the siding at the back under the deck.  I had been planning to paint the garage doors, as they were looking worn, but they included the doors in the wash-down, and lo & behold, they look like new doors. No painting necessary. Russ pointed out some tiny black specks on the siding that were a form of fungus from mulch, and explained, and showed me,  why removing them would be worse than leaving them. They are so small I would never have even noticed them - you have to be right up to the siding to see them - but I appreciated him giving me that information. I would not hesitate to use this company again. It was great service at a great price.
