He did excellent work in replacing glass and in resealing and repairing other windows. Good communicator, came out to give an estimate soon after my initial call to him and installed as soon as glass order was received. Went above and beyond what was requested to insure that all windows in the house are tightly sealed and in excellent working condition. On a Friday afternoon I called the Texas number to schedule the job, but no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. The following Monday, I got a call back from someone at the company in Alabama. He explained that the company no longer operates out of Texas and apologized for being unable to do the job. He explained that I would need to contact Angie's List for either a refund or to find another provider.
