They went out of their way to leave everything as they found it, including replacing a cable wire that was knocked out (a pain on a hot day...). They even returned later to replace some screens that sustained damage from the pressure washing, even though the damage might have been in part related to normal wear (sun/weather exposure). Lesson learned: I'll remove my screens in the future! Highly recommend Window Genie of Franklin."
