"Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art was beyond excellent. I had a rather large (30x40) piece of art in a professionally done shadow box frame in which the glass had became broken. The original large chain professional framer could not price it exactly because their estimator wasn't there, but gave me a ROM of several hundred dollars and told me to come back. One of the big box craft stores refused to repair it and would only quote a completely new framing. A second big box craft store framing expert carefully examined the frame and said they could do it. Two weeks later when it as supposed to be completed they called, said now it could not be done and to come and pick it up. When I did, it was dismantled into numerous pieces and left in bags! This was no problem Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art. Without hesitation, they were able to replace the glass and reassemble it all back together beautifully. They even included a new wall hanger. Best of all, this was all done at half the cost of the big box store and in one day! They were also very friendly. Forget the big box stores with their weekly half off framing coupons and go to this local merchant."

"I'd like to give 15 stars. Stop searching for a stained glass studio. HIRE TERRAZA NOW. I had what I thought was a simple stained glass project, and I knew exactly what I wanted. After contacting a dozen studios, I found that Terraza was the most willing to take a shot at the project, and it offered the best price by far. Donna sat with me, brainstormed and shared her expertise. What I came away with wasn't a thing like I thought I wanted, and yet it was PERFECT. The project wasn't simple. It required engineering outside-the-box for a stained glass studio, and with Donna's eager, enthusiastic advice and involvement, the project was a total success. Along the way, there was a glitch, but Terraza handled it with aplomb. In fact, when the project was delivered personally by Terraza, we were told that unless we liked it, it was going back. "Excellent. Their team of experts were the very best. From the painters to the construction masters, they definitely knew what they were doing. Our front porch was ready to fall down. Now it looks like a brand new house. They took care of every detail. The kitchen, now freshly painted, also looks new and the door they replaced is much safer than the one we had."

"I needed a new bathroom in my condominium. A neighbor had used Ruxton for there kitchen here so, I decided to give them a try. I called them and they came out right away. They were on time and friendly. They measured the space and provided me with two separate estimates to do the work. One was a higher end bathroom but I couldn't afford that option and went with the estimate that was a bit lower. They were familiar with working in this building which made the process go very smoothly. It is very difficult to work in this building due to utilities needing to be interrupted and the times of day that work is permitted to take place. The men were very respectful of my home as well as being courteous to our neighbors. We installed a new airbath tub and walk in shower with custom glass tile that I picked out from their showroom located very close to my home. They made the entire experience as stress free as possible and I am very happy with my new bathroom."

Work was done at my rental property due to leakage complaints made by my tenant.  Punctuality is N/A, because I'm not sure of how punctual or not they were.

I questioned this company's professionalism when I first reached out.  For all Angie's List companies that I've contacted for servicing, they were helpful with details and in answering questions.  This company was short and rather unhelpful in their responses as I tried to coordinate (this is in comparison to other companies that I contacted to determine who would perform the work).

Upon completion of the work, the leak was mainly resolved, but my tenant reached back out to the company to complain that there was still some type of leakage between the glass sliding doors (I didn't know where the initial leak was coming from, but thought it was in the frame of the door).  Company came back and said they couldn't repair the door, and used what they called "a temporary fix", which was using duct tape to seal the opening.  When I inquired they said they couldn't repair the door so had to use duct tape. 

My concern is when it was determined that the door couldn't be repaired, I never received a phone call to explain why.  My tenant was not aware of the duct tape (she thought it was some sealant), so when she tried to open the door, she was not able to.  We didn't discover it was duct tape until I reached out to the company to ask what they applied and why the door now can't be opened.  Their solution was to remove the duct tape (exposing the place where the second leak could occur) to open the door.  As a landlord this is a concern for me because this is a fire hazard for my property.  I wished the company would have followed up better and talked with me more about the work they did before collecting 300 dollars.  I'm now out 300 dollars, and I'm now using another company to replace the door.
