After contacting a dozen studios, I found that Terraza was the most willing to take a shot at the project, and it offered the best price by far. Donna sat with me, brainstormed and shared her expertise. What I came away with wasn't a thing like I thought I wanted, and yet it was PERFECT. The project wasn't simple. It required engineering outside-the-box for a stained glass studio, and with Donna's eager, enthusiastic advice and involvement, the project was a total success. "Everything went very well. The front door (which was a fairly heavy one-piece unit with side panels, etc and etched glass) was hung slightly off-balanced. We didn't notice till the weather stripping started coming off and also some water had seeped into the room (very little ... we actually noticed the marks, not the actual water). So we called the company and they sent someone out and he took one look at the door and told us that they had put it in incorrectly and he would send a crew to fix it. Sure enough within a few days it was all fixed and the door now swings much more smoothly as well. I know they screwed up a bit...but I have still given them an A, because it was a small mistake, but more importantly they did not give us any excuses or run around. The guy admitted they had done something incorrectly and he went ahead and arranged for it to be fixed asap."

"I needed a new bathroom in my condominium. A neighbor had used Ruxton for there kitchen here so, I decided to give them a try. I called them and they came out right away. They were on time and friendly. They measured the space and provided me with two separate estimates to do the work. One was a higher end bathroom but I couldn't afford that option and went with the estimate that was a bit lower. They were familiar with working in this building which made the process go very smoothly. It is very difficult to work in this building due to utilities needing to be interrupted and the times of day that work is permitted to take place. The men were very respectful of my home as well as being courteous to our neighbors. We installed a new airbath tub and walk in shower with custom glass tile that I picked out from their showroom located very close to my home. They made the entire experience as stress free as possible and I am very happy with my new bathroom."
