"Crystal came out to give us an estimate. She showed us her marble samples, and they weren't exactly what I had in mind, so she came out a week later with custom samples she had made for me. Several were nice, but one was perfect! We contracted to do the job, at a price that was very reasonable for the job. We had talked about what I wanted at the first visit and she gave me a quote, and she reserved a few days 2 weeks later, to do the job. So once the color was right we were ready.The did the demo and most of the tub/shower conversion in a day. They finished it the next day. While they took apart the master shower and bath they made sure we had a usable bathroom.The second bathroom had crooked walls and a major plumbing situation because of the shower unit I purchased. It needed several holes drilled into the marble for the "body shots" It took a little more time than was expected, but it was perfect and GORGEOUS! Crystal came by to check the job and found a few little things that weren't up to her standards, and had her workers come out to adjust things. Shower Solutions went above and beyond in the service department, and her workers did a great job."
