He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. "I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
