"I was getting sick because of unclean water where I live -Fairfield Glade. I asked TDEC to do something but Brock Hill wouldn’t return my phone call because of his sexual harassment of workers which got him fired. Then Crab Orchard Utility Director was never there so I couldn’t ever talk to him and my messages were never given to him about water issues. I called the Fairfield Sewer Department to see if there may be a link to the sewer and the water and they wouldn’t come out. At least I never saw them. After Halls Water installed the softener and filter I received an email saying we all in Fairfield needed to do certain things to keep sewer clear and water clean because the sewer was interfering with the water. The only issue I’ve had is after these guys came out and rebooked the fridge part of my fridge went out which is fixed.. Not complaining because I can actually drink water now and I’m really enjoying it!"
