"LOVE Spengler. They came out the same day that I called and he capped off the outside faucet pipe so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. In 2 days, they will come back and finish the repair and insulate the pipes. They were slammed with broken water pipe calls so today was just about getting me up and running - which is all I wanted and I'm so thankful for. He gave me several different options in writing and I went with their best service plan because it's well worth it. Office staff are awesome! Fantastic customer service! So much better than the company I was using and had a service plan with. I cancelled my service with the other company and as long as Spengler keeps this up, I will stay with them. It was quite costly, I think, but plumbers are very expensive. Great work with great customer service is priceless. Beware of cheap plumbers - you will get what you pay for."

I was on borderline warranty situation so he helped me advocate for a replacement by the company (which ultimately didn't work, but that's only because Zoeller is tight on their warranty policy). Realizing I needed to replace the pump, Dale only charged for an installation and not for the diagnosis. That was helpful. He found a way to get us up and going quickly, even though he had other jobs underway. I was really pleased with the work. If you have a problem with your sewer lines, septic or any pump systems, Dale at HS Sewer & Drain is the guy to call. I have no doubts about making that recommendation."
