Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. "Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
