He asked in-depth questions to make sure our new tank would meet our requirements. They were able to make some calls and an hour later they were in my basement again swapping out the old for the new, rehung piping and adjusted the gas line. In and out like nothing had even happened. Rocky went over the multiple warranty’s that come with their service as well. 10/10 saved the day!"

"The actual work was top-notch. I selected this company because it was the only one located in my county, and I like to support local business. It was a rush job and the guy went out of his way to accommodate us. However, while making the initial visit for water testing, etc. he grumbled a bit to my son about pushing other customers to fit us in. Otherwise the work was wonderful and the new unit seems perfect. He even helped on a question that arose after installation and was very useful. Note: After hiring T & T for the work one of the other companies finally called me up and was just awful -- calling me names and informing me that not letting him in to give an estimate was costing him $20 for the wasted referral -- I put him on my NEVER do business with him list."
