"I’ve always wanted to install a whole house water treatment system because we live in a fairly hard water area in McKinney, TX (North of Dallas). What held me back were two things, uncertainty as to which product to use to actually get the desired results and price. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
