"Jason is a true professional, as is his assistant Nathan. Both are extremely polite. On the initial visit, Jason explained all of the functions of the water treatment system, and made suggestions on how to improve functionality by upgrading some components. To be clear, he never tried to upsell us on anything; he gave us a breakdown of different options and costs, and recommended the middle options. He was fair on his price, and within a few days, the work was done in a couple of hours. Although I was not home when they did the work, he FaceTimed me and explained everything to me. He also went above and beyond and reached out to the town concerning my well, in case anything needs to be addressed with that in the future. It is my opinion that you can t go wrong hiring this business for your water treatment system needs."

"Jim was fantastic throughout the process of replacing my water filtration system. Highly recommend."

"Very easy making appointments plus an excellent tracking and follow up system and process."

"Matt, AJ, Scott, Vinnie, Charlie all did a terrific job. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. Respectful, honest, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."

"We had our whole house water filter system upgraded / replaced. The work was fast, effective and not overly priced. Justin was great and went the extra mile for us. Would recommend and hire them again."

"EWS did a great job of explaining the system that i needed. The well water consultant came out for a no charge water analysis and consultation, she reviewed the whole install with me prior to the technicians coming and answered all of my questions. The install went flawless the technicians explained how the system is maintained and what each unit was, they even returned 2 weeks later to retest the water and make sure that the system did everything that they promised (which it did). Great company with great staff! I am so happy with the quality of my well water now."

"Great job and quality work for installation of the radon system. The guys adjusted the location of the fan and the exhaust pipe for me with no issues. Got the work done quickly and kept the area neat and clean. Great customer service."

"Keith was great came out to house and gave me a full detail on what was going on and what needed to be done. Was very responsive, he showed true care and compassion for what was going on and the health and safety of my family due to the water issues I was having. The day the work was done H2O was very professional, clean and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them"
