"When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."

They gave me options, I selected the option that I felt worked best for me and they did it. On time, on cost. Cleaned as they went. Arranged their work sequencing so that we wouldn't spend a night without gas (for hot water and furnace). Nice people at all stages."

they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

The installation went as planned and the water softening system works well, but it took a week for the hole in the yard left by the installers to be filled in. A call was required to get them to have the system inspected for a permit and finish the job. As a result, I have a large patch of dead grass."
