"Starting with the sales process, Nate was informative and great. Could've sold me a more expensive replacement system, but instead identifies how my current system cod be retrofitted with a heat pump. That sold me on G&S right there. Everything from the initial install review, the office staff working with my lender, to Izaak and the install and electrical teams, was punctual, informative and professional. I've had several bad experiences with other contractors, but I would confidently recommend G&S for any job and plan to use them again for a generator switch install. Good people with a good business. "i didn't hire directly. they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid. liked the guy who came out. he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"The agent arrived on time and clearly explained the options. The installation went as planned and the water softening system works well, but it took a week for the hole in the yard left by the installers to be filled in. A call was required to get them to have the system inspected for a permit and finish the job. As a result, I have a large patch of dead grass."
