"Contacted company and told them that my dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and was not draining; Plumber came and confirmed that the dishwasher had standing water in the basin and that the drain pipe was not plugged; Was told that he was just a plumber and that I needed to contact an appliance repair service; Was misled by AL that this plumber was an appliance repair service"

"Sears was very prompt with quotes and arrival of servicemen. Both men were very nice and professional. I did feel a little pressured to add a mold treatment to the service. I was pregnant at the time and didn't feel comfortable with the chemicals they would have used. The worker didn't seem to know much about the product and safety. Not a big deal at all. I would use Sears again in the future.
