"Andrew had installed a new water softner for us back in January. He used the existing cut-off valves rather than replacing them at the time because they worked just fine. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a small leak when turning one of the valves off. I called Andy to leave a message to see if he could come by and check it out. Since it was Sunday evening I did not expect him to call me back until this morning. But he called me last night to ask a few questions about the problem and he came by this morning to assess the problem. It was a simple fix and he did not even charge me for the work. It is so hard to find contractors today who are responsive, trustworthy, conscientious, and service oriented. "Jeff and Dan were prompt and on time, discussed the issue and they went to work on the problem. they gave me the cost to replace and also the cost to replace the full system for the ejector pit. I choose to just do the float pump, and 343.00 dollars later and 3 hours later, there was some travel time to get the correct pump model for replacement. very nice and courteous. would have them do more work if needed."

He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. We always call them for plumbing, because their prices are very reasonable, they know our systems, and they're very conscientious."
