He gets the job done right and stands by his work all for a fair price. In real estate I always need a plumber and Cole does far more than that. He installed a new water filtration system, replaced toilets, replaced water heaters, fixed and replaced valves for sinks, faucets, and W/D lines and scoped and cleaned clogged lines, just to name a few. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy.
