"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

We were concerned about our existing water treatment system since I have a lung condition that makes me vulnerable to certain environmental waterborne pathogens. "Water Check Water came out and found that our UV light was leaking. They recommended replacing it. Their price was better than a competitor so we went with them. They installed the new UV light and the sales buy came to check on it the next day. The new light was leaking(faulty O rings in the light from the manufacturer) and he called his installers and they came out the next day. It was fixed and the sales guy checked the water for bacteria the next day and the lab found none. They were very nice to work with and very thorough."

"Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. The installation went as planned and the water softening system works well, but it took a week for the hole in the yard left by the installers to be filled in. A call was required to get them to have the system inspected for a permit and finish the job. As a result, I have a large patch of dead grass."

"TL;DR: Rupcoe helped me resolve an HVAC dispute with my condo community.  
A previous installer had upgraded my system to an energy efficient model without getting venting line approval with my condo board.  As a result I was forced to change how my furnace and water heater vented outside my unit.  The HVAC also failed township inspection for several code issues.  After the original contractor refused to remedy the issues I called Rupcoe.  
Howard from Rupcoe evaluated my system and made recommendations to correct the issue.  Their office went the extra mile to help me get the required info to my condo board.  They also contacted Hillsborough township and helped me determine what would be required to pass inspection.  The modification went faster than they said it would and it was clear they were focused on helping me and saving me money.  When it turned out the installation was not as difficult as expected, they refunded me 500 dollars.  
I had a high level of stress approaching this issue due to my previous bad experience.  Steve from the office spoke to me on many, many occasions and helped me stay in the loop at all times which made me feel confident.  Despite the complicated nature of the problem and the overall unusual situation this company provided excellent service at a professional level.  
This past year I spoke with 5 separate HVAC companies.  Rupcoe is by far the most professional, honest, and competent.  I recommend them.
