"My toilet was leaking water from the tank (extensive rebuild).  The tank had to be removed from the base, bolts sawed out, and leak repaired and sealed. Tank was remounted and internal parts replaced.  I am very happy with the work done.  The guys were very nice and professional.  I was also given a reasonable quote for other plumbing repairs around my home.

"The HVAC specialist performed a diagnostic test of the upstairs unit, and determined that the pressure switch was bad. They then charged us $265 to change the part which did not fix the problem. We were then told that the mother board was bad and this need to be changed as well. They then quoted us approx $1200 to complete the entire job. I decided at this point that I would just fix the system myself. I then ordered a new motherboard a fixed the system for just under $400 total cost including the cost of changing the pressure switch. I honest felt like the pressure switch was never the issue and that I paid the company to change a part that was never bad in the first place. This is solely my opinion and I have no way of truly telling if this part was bad or not. I'm sure the company does great work, but I felt that I was going to continue to pay them to swap parts that may or may not be bad and once everything was said and done get hit with a large bill that I could not afford.

After diagnosing the source of the sprinkler line leak, and discovering there were a couple more leaks nearby, he kept me updated on the issues and his recommended repairs. The extensiveness of the leak was larger than I expected, but I really appreciated Chad's thorough review of the whole area to identify every leak while he had the area uncovered. I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, because you can pay for water leaks now (by repairing them) or you can pay for them later (while they are "leaking" money from your wallet). I will be using Time Plumbing again and requesting Chad and have already passed his information on to my friends."

"Great! This was through home warranty plan. It was a simple matter of the water backed up in the water pan which caused the stopper to disconnect it. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."
