"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"It was a pleasure having Justin cone and both install a gas line for our fireplace and have him fix a problem our contractor's plumber did wrong in our kitchen water line. We had a line that froze in an outside wall, which Justin re routed. He saw our issue knew what to do and was quick, careful and cleaned everything after he finished. His price couldn't be beat as he charged by time and materials. His rate was more than competing. If you need a plumber look no further."

"Great! This was through home warranty plan. It was a simple matter of the water backed up in the water pan which caused the stopper to disconnect it. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."

"When the salesman came to look over the job I told him Iwould not be there when they did the job.   I also told him there wasn't an electrical  outlet on the outside of my house.    I just found out a few days ago that my neighbor was nice enough and provided electricity and water for them..       I would have never known this because they did not mention it to me.   I wish I would have known so I could do something for my neighbor right when the job was done.   But anyway they did a great job and yes I would use them again.
