"I’ve always wanted to install a whole house water treatment system because we live in a fairly hard water area in McKinney, TX (North of Dallas). What held me back were two things, uncertainty as to which product to use to actually get the desired results and price. I met the owner of BP Lonestar, Ralph, and his Director of Sales, Jake, at a Home and Garden Show in Allen, TX. They had on display the BRITA PRO whole house treatment system. Seeing that it was BRITA, I took the chance to stop and talk. I was so glad I did. I found Jake to be open, engaging, professional, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me and discussed all aspects of the system from the point of view of the questions I was asking. He instilled trust, to the point that I made an appointment on the spot for them to come out and take a look at my particular situation. He was upfront about price, which was very refreshing, and the pricing was reasonable. He went at my pace, I never felt he was pressuring. He honestly was simply working with me to get the best result. After the initial consultation and deciding to proceed, both Jake and the owner, Ralph, came out and did the installation. That was several months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s so nice to have soft water and the water tastes great from every tap, FINALLY! I’d definitely recommend BP Lonestar and Jake and Ralph for anyone’s water treatment needs!"

"A-Solution Plumbing is the right choice. They stepped up immediately when I called them on Friday afternoon and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had a different local Plumbing working on an issue at my house. I called them on a Friday morning, they were on another job and would be there on Monday. They came and gave me a great price for the repairs and said they would return on Tuesday to complete the job. Tues, Wed, Thurs came and went no call no show. I called them when I still hadn't heard from them at 12 on Friday and reached voicemail I called again @ 2pm and got a message "the cellular customer isn't accepting calls at this time." I think the price was fair. They could have spent a little more time. They rushed out here and I would think of something after they left that should have been done. They were good people. Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.
