Kelly and Chad came right out, fixed the problem, and were reasonable. Later in the week, I have problems with my air conditioning (bad luck, right?). He replaced it on scene and gave me a free house inspection. He informed me that my water heater was close to failing as well. He offered to bundle the two jobs together to get me a better price. He even stuck around to let me check online to see if his prices were competitive. He also gave me a 10% discount. He got me on the schedule right then and there to get the water heater replaced.
