"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

When we tried to clear it, it brought up large amounts of grit and sand. We called Bucci and Son and they came that day to fix things. They had to replace the drain from the kitchen and laundry tub into the main line, it was full of silt. Then they snaked out the main sewer line. The left everything working perfectly, cleaned up after themselves, and took time to explain what they needed to do before they did it. We have had Bucci and Son work on our plumbing for years and have Never needed to get any of it redone, even after many years passed. The have even fixed things other plumbers refused to even try fixing."
