"After diagnosing the multiple issues, the plumber did the job the right way, not just the easy way.  He replaced my old copper pipes that had been repaired many times and often freeze (despite leaving the water on drip) with PEX piping as well as insulated it.  Even tough it took a few hours and involved another technician coming to complete the job, the price was very reasonable.
