"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

And I love that I am not buying plastic bottles of water anymore. The two people I met were the one to give me an estimate and description of the system. He was again excellent. "Great! This was through home warranty plan. It was a simple matter of the water backed up in the water pan which caused the stopper to disconnect it. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."
