"Great prices! The entire team was extremely easy to talk to and work with throughout the process (quote, scheduling, Q&A, install, etc.), and the job was done quickly and without a fuss. Whole house water system is working great and skins feels so much better, and the under sink RO water tastes great! Thanks, guys!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"National Water Service did an excellent job all around, and I plan on continuing to use them to service my water treatment system annually for years to come."

"Response was immediate. In spite of the pandemic, service was fast, with Mr. Feaga initially trying to help me troubleshoot the issue with the hot water heater over the phone, then coming the next afternoon. He also took the time to look at other concerns while already at the home. Very honest. Would use his services again. Refreshing to find a plumber like him."
