"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. "I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST!
