"There was a water leak somewhere. It may be in the sprinkler system, since I cannot find anything in the house. BUT the water system needs to be analyzed to where the leak is. The water company tells me that 12 gallons are being leaked each hour. Which that was too much water for just me to use. Rpx told me they could have someone in my area and could have them come to me after the. He came and informed me that there was a pin hole leak in my piping and that what was causing the leak. He cut the pipe and replaced it with a new one. Everything was good and fixed. Will hire them again.."

The next morning I started calling around and no one could come out for at least two days. These are the first really hot days of the summer and I'm sure a lot of people were having A/C issues. Moncrief said they could send someone out the end of that day. The day got later and later but they promised he would come no matter how late it was. Chris got here around 7:30, and despite having what I'm sure was a really long day, he could not have been any nicer. It turned out to be an easy fix and our AC was up and running in no time. Chris was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed it in 15 minutes."
