"I found this to be the perfect customer service experience! Joe was professional, friendly and informative. He quickly diagnosed my problem and immediately fixed it. Fortunatley it wasn't a big issue but rather a couple of small issues. He also carried in ten 40 bags of salt for me. "I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST! He took time with me and explained the functions and controls on the water softer very clearly.  He also inspected the softner and flushed it thru to make sure it was working properly.  He explained how to set it so it regenerated during a slow water use time (like the middle of the night) because it had been regenerating irregularly but not at a low use time.  I was very happy with the knowledge he displayed and how readily he taught me to be a knowledgeable owner of this here to for mysterious gadget.  BEST ENCOUNTER OF ITS KIND IN YEARS!!!!!!  This service man should get a raise!!!!!  Thank you for saving my sanity. "

"There was a delay in removing the water softener due to Covid but after 4 months in hiring a handyman, it was resolved and they came out to recheck the softener to make sure it was working properly. Excellent water softener and free service on it for two years."

"I thought I wanted a reverse osmosis whole house water filtration system. the thing I do not like about that is it wastes a lot of water and takes out everything including the minerals. I also have very limited space to install it in. mark installed a whole house water filtration system that is the next best thing to reverse osmosis and was able to install a second filter that needs to be changed out yearly but gets rid of bad stuff the big unit did not. it will remove ninety eight percent of all the bad stuff I do not want in my water. he came out soon after I asked for an estimate and sent the quote right away and was able to install it within days of that so very fast. no more strong chlorine smell and water pressure is normal. sorry to say I had a closer look at the way it was installed and saw they used pvc plastic pipe leading from my incoming water meter to the water filtration system and from the system to my incoming water line. I thought pvc is only supposed to be used for drainage so they did not do the job up to code that i am familiar with. I bought a water filtration system because I am concerned about toxins in the water not to have more toxins added cancerous nonetheless with pvc pipe bringing the filtered water into my house for usage. very disappointed. just contacted mark to have him use copper instead of plastic. he came back and switched out the plastic for copper. mark is good with customer service. i am still waiting for water test results. i would like to know the difference between before and after installing the system for my water quality to know if it was worth getting it or not. i would like to know how much difference it makes. no idea how long it takes to get those water tests results...really want to see a significant difference i am hoping for."

"Sam and his team at F3 plumbing were excellent. I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. Everything looks great and was professionally installed and they hauled away all of the trash. Great company and highly recommend!"
