"They did a excellent job. I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and figure out why I had no hot water in my home but premier did. The first company said I had a faulty water heater. Heater was only 7 years old. They replaced it and told me to wait 2 hours and still no hot water. They came back out and said it was a defective unit. They replaced it and still same issue. I hired another company and they couldnt figure it out. Here comes the professionals. Premier checked everything and found I had a faulty shower cartridge. The cold was mixing into the hot. When I called them to find out what happened they did not even have any record of me in their system even though I had talked with them over the phone and had a text from them. We ended up rescheduling the appointment and the technician Rene was great. He approached the process from a technician's perspective providing me with technical solutions that I had not considered. The manager Tony, was able to expedite my estimate that day given the previous delays. Overall I would give them a try again, but the process of scheduling the initial appointment put them at a disadvantage from the start."
