"I am so pleased with my new water filtration system. I could tell the difference in the water almost immediately it just felt and smelled so much cleaner. The taste is definitely improved. "He fixed the water heater and gave me options, very knowledgable"

"They installed 2 new water heaters with a circulation system to provide virtually instant and endless hot water. We went this route because our house is all electric and electric tankless water heaters arenâ t really up to the task. They also had to subcontract electrical work to supply the necessary power upgrade. We expected this to be a 1 day job, but the electrician didnâ t have everything required so it dragged out to a second dayâ ¦ meaning another day out of work so we could be there to give them access to the property. Then later when we tried to use hot water for a bath, there was only about 2 minutes of hot. Turns out the circulation system was installed backwards, so the circulating water was hot, but once the pipes were depleted, cold water was fed to the spigots. Disappointing, but to their credit, someone came out Saturday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Overall, mildly annoying and a bit careless, but everyone was friendly and responsive, and the end result appears to be just what we wanted."

"Great! they were prompt, polite, knowledgable, there were no high pressure sales, just explanation of the problem and potential solutions. Very straightforward. I would say their services are good! overall good service."

"I used Master Plumbing to install a tankless water heater along with a whole home water filtration system. The quality of work and customer service was top notch I highly recommend using Master Plumbing!"

"Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. It must have been frustrating for him, although he was very professional. I can’t express strongly enough that I would definitely have him do future repairs if needed!!"
