"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

"They fixed the correct pipes, and removed unnecessary ones."

"Exceptional 5-star service! The plumber arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and diagnosed the issue immediately. They explained everything clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left the work area completely spotless. It’s rare to find this combination of quality craftsmanship, honesty, and fair pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits.\nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally.\nRed Carpet Treatment\nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

"I was unsure about what I wanted for my home when I had contacted Kaleb. Kaleb spent time explaining to me about each option I had, each price and how the project would be completed. He was very polite, had great knowledge and really listened to me when I spoke and had questions. I would recommend them again and again!"

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Chris was in bidding competition with others. He was awarded the project and arrived with a helper, and was on time the day agreed. The first half of the day they opened the ceiling to gain access to the leaking plumbing. The second half of the day they prepared the plumbing and installed new. They ended the day with cleaning up and left our home looking great. They replaced both the hot and cold copper lines feeding to two bathrooms on the second floor. There were no leaks after turning the water back on to the system. Excellent job. I would recommend them for your plumbing repairs."

"My boilerâ s circulating water pump failed this morning. The grinding sound woke me and my wife up. I turned the heat off and made plans to contact someone for repair later this morning expecting to be in a cold house for the next several days. When I contacted McVay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, I was treated with respect and concern for my situation. A service person was dispatched to my home early this afternoon. His name was Jacob, and he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After reviewing the situation we discussed the options for resolution of the issue. Jacob proceeded with the agreed to solution and completed the work in record time!! I will be using McVay for all of my future boiler maintenance. I highly recommend McVay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for there genuine commitment to providing excellent service."
