"Very knowledgeable about soft water systems"

"I’ve been a customer of OVPW for several years, and they have always been extremely courteous, professional, and very competent. They seem to improve their operational processes each year, which I really appreciate, and it’s super easy to schedule service or maintenance via text or phone. Their prices are great, and the value can’t be beat, as water is the basis for everything we drink at our house. Highly recommend."

"The installer was very efficient and did a great job explaining how the system works. Looking forward to seeing how the system improves our water. Highly recommended vendor."

"Abdiel was super to work with. He really knew his stuff and explained so many things to me that I did not know before. He gave me such a great deal that i couldn't say no. The system is perfect and the water delightful. Lucian installed the system. Couldn't have asked for anyone more gentlemanly. Very meticulous about his work. Seems to be a great company all around."

"Stellar service, got a quote and installation of a new water heater on the same day along with other services"

"Josh was very professional throughout the process. There was a minor mixup during installation but he came out to the house right away to provide the correct materials. The result was that they finished in one day. Love the new system. The installers were professional and courteous. They put down tarps in my finished basement to keep the carpets clean. The final installation looks professional and tidy, taking extra time to secure all wiring. I would recommend."

"This â small crewâ fit me in their very busy schedule and while doing completely high quality work, also taught me a lot of â stuffâ I never had any idea about water heaters!"

"My well pump went out on a Sunday evening. He came out that evening to assess the situation and troubleshoot to find out why I didn't have any water. He came out the next morning we removed the old well pump put a new one in. And has been working great since. He was honest fair priced and had great service"

"Water heater pressure relief tanked failed christmas eve. We supplied the part from Home Depot and were up and running in about an hour after first contact with BF. Generally, this is an easy repair that could be DIY, but we were glad to have it done quickly and correctly on Christmas Eve."

"Everyone that helped was extremely professional, personal and upfront. Got the old tank and our new one installed no problem! Even through in a free seasonal inspection of the heater as it is getting close to that time of year! Would recommend for future projects 10/10"
