"Randy Williams is a real professional. I enthusiastically recommend him. I have an old Fleck 5600 water softener. I discovered water building up in the brine tank. I called Randy. When I told him that I had changed the piston assembly myself he tried to instruct me over the phone how to find any problems in the brine draw. I didn't feel confident that I understood what he was telling me so I arranged for him to come out and service the system. He replaced a couple of screens and injectors. I asked him to check and see if I needed treatment for acidity. He told me that I could but it wasn't necessary. Very reasonable fee for high quality honest work."

"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

We have had our system for 1 month and before our light gray bathroom grout had turned an orange color from the hard water but 1 month after this system it has self cleaned the grout to its original color. I used to have to clean my toilet bowls every couple of days due to the brown stains the hard water would leave, I haven't had to clean my toilet bowls in 3 weeks and did so just to disinfect them.
