"THey were very accommodating and professional. The repair was needed for a broken filter in our water filtration system, and the water company had cut off our water due to the leak. The filter had to be ordered, so I asked the plumber to just bypass the system, since I didn't know if we would replace the filter at all. He did as we asked, and said if we did decide to order a filter so that we could benefit from the filtration system, he had by-passed the system in such a way as to make it easily returned to its previous status.
