They got there at 7:30 in the morning, and they were done by 4-5 p.m. that afternoon. The crew was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions about the installation as the day progressed. I was happy and satisfied with the installation, and it looked professionally done. A day or so later, they provided a system monitoring app I could use to monitor the health of my system, showing information from each individual panel, an overview, and a really cool feature, where you put in the price you’re currently paying (per kilowatt hour) for energy, and it will tell you the equivalent amount you are saving by having the system installed. All real-time information. I think it’s pretty cool. Overall, I think they did an excellent job, from the first inquiry to the follow-up visit and calls during and after the installation.
