Also, we have noticed our skin and hair have moisture again and are free of hard, salty, and residual water!"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

We had a small problem in the area near the new system and we didn't know what it was related to. We called them and they came right out and fixed what they found despite it being unrelated to our new system and didn't charge us a thing! They were here within an hour of our call. "Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is easy to work with. Because they are a premier company the cost of service is high but they do stand behind their service. I was concerned about the water heater anode since the water heater is 8 years old. The technician asked about the water coming from the water heater and smells or colorization of the hot water. It was decided the anode is fine at this time. Due to my flushing the water heater every 6 months that probably will extend the life of the anode. The technician, whose name was Jacob, asked about any other plumbing issues I knew about that might needed attention. I was given estimates for making the needed repairs by email in the early afternoon. They do good work but expect that it will cost more than some plumbing companies."
