Juan was courteous and hard working with his crew. However, the quality of his work was substandard. He suggested using white caulking for a black paver porch. He didn't complete sealing the stones and cut them to put around a downspout rather than just move the spout or speak to me about it to come up with a smarter plan. The front of the porch looked sloppy and I had to hire someone else to follow up and clean up his work and finish sealing it. I would not recommend this contractor for skilled jobs.

Very good communication. they would respond to email and phone quickly if you had question. Showed up when they said they would and finished job even when they had to work late. Will recommend to others.
