Called this company for help installing my surround sound on my tv, they managed to come out the same day on a Saturday they were very friendly and professional I will call them again, thank you Wade!! Everything is working fine.

I dropped off my TV over 2 weeks ago just to get an estimate on repairs. I told them it was an insurance claim and I only wanted an estimate and then I would pick it up since it might take awhile for the insurance to decide whether they would pay for repairs or replace the TV. After not hearing from them after a week I called. They said they would check on it and call me back. Didn't hear anything so a week later I called again. I was told the same story and two days later now I have still not heard from them. And I didn't realize that they don't do the repairs. I dropped it off to them and they have someone come pick it up and do the repairs. It cost $50 just to have them look at it. So I have no idea even where my TV is! I would NOT use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

We are Sorry it took two weeks to determine cost of repair for this customer. AVI provides service for many Audio Video Product. Yes, even Walmart purchased TVs as is the case with this customer set. Walmart's insurance company requires the set to be not only inspected but also estimated. They determine if it is worth repairing or to just replace. Alas, they do not provide that service. We know the correct repair centers to use for a product. Yes, the service providers do come to us to pick up the equipment. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We have always completed insurance paperwork as the insurance company REQUIRES it to be completed. The customer WAS informed of all of this. We do our due diligence to make sure the information we give the insurance companies is correct. It must be!! Our records show we spoke with this customer 5 times during the 2 weeks the TV was waiting on the manufacturer. The service center is at the mercies of the Manufacturers. They are not always as fast as we would like them to be. Parts cost as well as availability can take time.

Stay away!!! Moved to Louisville in late May and hired them in early June to install and upgrade an existing system and purchased from them a new TV and soundbar for the Master Bedroom. They did the upgrade work on the system I already had within 2 weeks, but after 4 months I still don't have the TV and soundbar. They don't return phone calls or texts. Bottom line, I'm out over $4,000 and looking to taking them to court.

This customer was delivered all of his products as far as I can see in our records. We issued him a refund on the products that didn't fit for the system he wanted. It did take time to get the money back from the manufacture. We always refund a customers money when they are not satisfied with what we do.
